Mr. Anand Trivedi, ASA, MRICS is a director and practice leader of Kroll's Fixed Asset Advisory Services in Canada, based in Toronto. Anand is an experienced tangible assets valuer and management consultant with more than 22 years of dedicated valuation career. Anand has appraised all types of tangible assets, including a wide range of industrial, manufacturing, power generation, mining and process machinery, equipment and buildings. Some of the engagements have involved power generating plants, mines, steel mill, oil & gas processing, food & meat processing, dairy, pulp and paper mill, electronic circuits, brewing, bottling and chemical plants. He has also valued automotive parts, leather, metal working, plastic extrusion and injection molding facilities.

These appraisals were completed for the purposes of IFRS/ASPE, financial reporting, accounting, allocation of purchase price, due diligence, fresh start accounting, disputes, litigation, liquidation, insurance, financing, tax, and creating fixed assets property records.

Anand has performed appraisal throughout in Barbados, Belgium, Canada, Central Asia, Cuba, Costa Rica, Dominica, France, India, Mexico, Netherlands, Russia, the Bahamas, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Anand is an accredited senior appraiser with American Society of Appraisers (ASA), member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), an electrical engineer graduate with masters in valuation which is accredited by Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
